The Role:
As an Area Manager, you will provide strong leadership to Store Managers and develop a shared commitment to delivering business goals. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple store locations in your region, ensuring that each store operates efficiently and meets its sales targets. Your role will involve strategic planning, team development, and fostering a positive work environment.

Your Impact:
- Creating and building email campaigns within ESP (Cordial) with localised copy and collaborating with CRM Specialist and stakeholders on approval.
- Planning email marketing calendar (from global, & local content) with relevant content to the Italian market
- Managing relationships with external translation agency, ensuring copy is locally relevant and represents the brand
- Collaborating with Ecommerce teams ensuring product shown is relevant to the market.
- Understanding market trends and brand identity, ensuring this is demonstrated throughout marketing communications
- Collaborating with regional team / country marketing managers on ideas and local event activations (i.e. events team on data capture from in-person events)
- Reporting on campaign performance (Google Analytics / analytical tools)
- Working across different market functions & countries to further learn & understand what is happening with all markets

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a multi-store environment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- An understanding of Employee Relations and HR policy and procedure in your region
- Fluency in both French and English is a requirement for this role
- Able to travel across the region frequently and at short notice
